CACELLATION OF 2007-2008 ANNUAL HIGHPOINT AWARDS Due to the movement restriction and management of the current EI outbreak, the PHAA discourages members from moving horses or attending shows due to the potential disease risks and threat to the National horse population. The PHAA Board of Directors has decided that the PHAA Annual Highpoint Awards will be suspended for this show year. Any points earned for this year will be accrued to lifetime points only.
