* Many laboratories issue electronic copies (PDF) of results by email. If you received an electronic copy of test results from the testing lab, AQHA or other source, please attach them here.
If coat colour or pattern test results show your horse to be a different colour to that shown on the registration papers, on request the papers may be changed and reissued. Documentary evidence of the results must be provided. A Registration Certificate reissue fee of $35 will apply.
